yi0o so yesterday was my birthday, i turned to big "–" (that shit is confidential) EVERYBODY came out to show me love!!! First Degree Tee, C Gutta, Smalls, Mean 16, Stay High aka NSS Breakfast KLUB collaboration, Franchise, Hellofaflow, EZ, of course the club was in the buildin Danse, Mish, Puddn P, Chi town came through, FUCK MANNY!!!…just kiddin, and  Scrap aka Second time scrap. album in hoods now!,  unfortuantely the dudes at Ma- i aint even gunna give them free publicity.  They wasnt lettin everyone rock cuz we was too deep, what u expect, it was my birthday!!!!!  I still got in there tho, popped some bottles, puddn p shut it down like always. ima post smore in a couple hours. one

3 white students were found responsible for the "hang em up high" jump offs and were "recommended" for expulsion.  The White superintendent of schools in that district over-ruled the Jena High School's principal and gave the students a 3 day suspension. That's fitting right, a day for each noose I presume.  The superintendent's reason for such a light punishment:  "Adolescents play pranks, I don't think it was a threat against anybody, it was a youthful stunt."  Now, the black community down there argued that the punishment was insufficent because hanging 3 noose's should be considered a hate crime.  I totally agree.  However, their arugument basically fell on deaf ears because blacks in that particular area of Louisiana have little to no political power. Out of a 10 person, all-male government in the parish, 1 is Black. The 9 member, all-male school board has 1 Black member.  There is 1 Black Police Officer in Jena and 2 Black school teachers.  (Can you say "token" negroes??)  There are about 3000 people in the town of Jena. 350 are black.

Okay, enough of the stats, of course you had to know that the Black students would decide to resist. They organized a sit-in under the "white tree" to protest the light punishment given to the "noose-hangers."  Needless to say, racial tensions arose.

Boom. 11/30/06, an "unsolved" fire burned down the main academic building in Jena High School. On 12/1/06, a Black student who showed up at a white party got his ass kicked by a bunch of white kids. Okay, mark that one down.  The next day, a young white kid pulled out a shotgun on a couple black kids at a convenience store outside Jena.  The black kids wrestled the gun away from the "potential shooter/ murderer."  Later they were arrested while no charges were filed against the white kid. I know, I know, but wait, IT GETS BETTER!

Two Days Later, at Jena High, a white student- who had allegedly been vocally supporting the noose-hangers and the students that beat down the black kid at the off campus party, while calling African American students " Niggers," got his ass kicked by a bunch of Black students.  After being taken to the hospital, the white kid was treated and released and attended a "social function" that same evening.  You got all that?? Ya man was chillin that night.

Here we go.  6 Black Jena students were arrested and charged with ATTEMPTED SECOND DEGREE MURDER.  They also got expelled from the school (But the white kids got a day of suspension for each noose).   The bails ranged from $70,000 to 138,000.  Mychal Bell, 16, had his bail wa set to $138,000 ( That was higher than O.J's bond).  Mychal Bell, Theo Shaw and a couple of the others remained in jail because the price was too high for their families to pay.  Trial time.  Mychal Bell was appointed a public defendant.  The DA reduced the charges from attempted 2nd degree murder to 2nd degree aggrivated battery and conspiracy.  Aggrivated battery in Louisiana requires the attack to be with a dangerous weapon.  I know you wanna know what the dangerous weapon was right!!!!  The judge allowed the prosecutor to argue that the SNEAKERS worn by Bell could be considered a dangerous weapon that HE & THE GANG USED to beat the white victim.  WOW!!!!! How bout this: White Judge, white Prosecutors, all white witnesses and an all white jury.  The jury deliberated in less than 3 hours and the Mychal Bell's Public defendent rested his case without calling any witnesses. WOW!!!!  GUILTY. Mychal Bell now faces up to 22 years in prison.  Im sick of reading while I write this.

All in all:  The white victim of the beating was later arrested for bringing a hunting rifle loaded with 13 bullets onto the high school campus and released on $5000 bond.  The white kid who beat up the black kid at the off-campus party was arrested and charged with simple battery.  The white students who hung the nooses off the "white tree" were NEVER CHARGED.  THIS SHIT IZ CRAZY YALL. BANANAS IF YOU ASK ME. PLEASE TAKE SOME TIME AND LOOK INTO THE "JENA 6".  WE OWE IT TO THEM YALL. YALL BETTER START DOIN' THE ADDITION OUT HERE BEFORE YOU BECOME PART OF THE SUBTRACTION.–PUDDIN' P.  THIS IZ DAIMONS AND IM OUT LIKE WHERE THE KEPT MYCHAL BELL'S PARENTS IN REGARDS TO THE COURTROOM. UNBELIEVEABLE.
